Team Leader
£13.75 per hour based on a 40 hour contract
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Front of House Team Leader to join our management team. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel and restaurant. This role requires flexibility, as shifts will include a mix of early mornings (breakfast shifts) and late evenings (closing shifts). Management and hospitality experience is a must
Responsibilities
Oversee the running of the shift ensuring the bar, restaurant and kitchen are operating smoothly
Assist with the serving of guests in the bar and restaurant
Check guests in to the hotel
Assist with employee training
Monitor emails and guest enquiries
Deal with guest complaints in an efficient and empathetic manner
Ensure all guest areas are kept presentable at all times
Cashing up and banking when on a closedown shift
Ensure the business is operating safely and within compliance guidelines at all times
Skills
Previous management experience in hospitality
Ability to work under pressure and work with a small team
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly when they arise
Excellent communication skills both with guests and employees
A strong passion for hospitality
Basic IT knowledge of how to use computer and till systems
